Cancellation and Refund Policy for Hotel Sai Mahal
At Hotel Sai Mahal, Shirdi, we understand that plans may change unexpectedly. To ensure transparency, our cancellation and refund policy is outlined below:
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations Made Within 24 Hours of Check-In
A 100% retention charge will be applied to the total booking amount. No refunds will be provided.
Cancellations Made Between 1 to 3 Days Prior to Check-In
A 50% retention charge will be applied to the total booking amount. The remaining 50% will be refunded.
Cancellations Made More Than 3 Days Before Check-In
No retention charge will be applied, and the full booking amount will be refunded.
Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of cancellation.
The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during booking.
No-Show Policy
In the event of a no-show (guest does not arrive and does not cancel), a 100% retention charge will apply, and no refund will be provided.
Amendments to Bookings
Guests can request changes to their booking (e.g., dates or room type) up to 3 days prior to check-in, subject to availability.
Any differences in rates due to amendments will be charged accordingly.
