Terms and Conditions for Hotel Sai Mahal

Welcome to Hotel Sai Mahal, Shirdi. By booking or staying with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully to ensure a smooth and pleasant experience.

  1. Booking and Reservation

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2 A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Aadhaar, passport, or driving license) must be presented at check-in for all guests.
1.3 Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment, as per the booking terms.
1.4 Special requests (e.g., specific room preferences, early check-ins) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  1. Check-In and Check-Out

2.1 Standard Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
2.2 Standard Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
2.3 Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and is subject to availability and additional charges.
2.4 Unregistered guests are not permitted in the rooms after 10:00 PM.

  1. Payment Policy

3.1 Payment can be made via credit/debit cards, UPI, bank transfers, or cash.
3.2 Full payment must be cleared before check-out.
3.3 GST (Goods and Services Tax): 12% GST is applicable on all room bookings and will be included in the final bill.
3.4 Promotional discounts (e.g., Promo Code SAI40) cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

  1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Free Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the check-in date will receive a full refund.
4.2 Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will incur a 50% charge of the total booking amount.
4.3 No-Show Policy: In case of a no-show, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
4.4 Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  1. Guest Conduct

5.1 Guests are expected to maintain decorum and adhere to the hotel’s rules.
5.2 Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas except designated smoking zones.
5.3 Alcohol consumption, illegal activities, or disruptive behavior will lead to immediate eviction without refund.
5.4 The hotel reserves the right to deny accommodation or services if guests fail to comply with the rules.

  1. Hotel Property and Damage

6.1 Guests are responsible for any loss, damage, or misuse of hotel property caused during their stay.
6.2 Costs for repair or replacement of damaged property will be charged to the guest.
6.3 Towels, linens, and other hotel items are for in-room use only and must not be removed.

  1. Liability

7.1 Hotel Sai Mahal is not liable for the loss or theft of personal belongings. Guests are advised to store valuables in the in-room safe or deposit them at the front desk.
7.2 The hotel is not responsible for delays, cancellations, or interruptions caused by natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

  1. Privacy Policy

8.1 Personal information collected during booking or check-in is handled as per our Privacy Policy.
8.2 The hotel ensures guest data security and confidentiality but will share data if required by law.

  1. Use of Facilities

9.1 Facilities such as Wi-Fi, parking, and in-room amenities are for registered guests only.
9.2 Guests must follow all safety instructions while using hotel facilities.

  1. Changes to Terms

10.1 Hotel Sai Mahal reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
10.2 Guests are advised to review the terms periodically.

  1. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in [Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar ( Ahilyanagar) Maharashtra].
